"Deze heb ik eerst een tijdje laten rusten vooraleer ik me er aan waagde, gezien het hoge alcoholpercentage. Herkenbaar Barbados-profiel en sterk, maar toch is de alcohol niet overheersend. Qua smaak helemaal mijn ding, deed me denken aan gezouten karamel met tropisch fruit. Heerlijke smaak die lang blijft nazinderen."

"Premier point: le laisser respirer. Sion c'est trop agressif, voir aigu (en bouche). Au nez, je le trouve très banal et simple. Peut être un peu de caramel, une odeur de foursquare. Après 10min, on peut le goûter, et la surprise: je trouve que le boisé en attaque est très prononcé, ensuite arrive l'alcool et enfin ce goût si particulier aux foursquare. Finale plutôt courte en intensité."
