Another release where I think the cask finish damaged the final result. Sweet and fruity with smoky wood.
Port Cask Finish, das klingt vielversprechend für mich. An der Nase gibt es nicht die typische Süßigkeitenbombe, sondern eine extrem rauchige Aromenpalatte. Hä? Als ob hier eine Whisky-Finish stattgefunden hätte, von Port keine Spur. Das zieht sich auch weiter so durch und ich bleibe verwirrt und angeekelt zurück. Wer ein verzuckertes Stück Kohle lutschen will, here you go.

Nicht wirklich überzeugend. In der Nase noch angenehm Fruchtig undvolöer Vorfreude. im Mund wird bis zum Abgang vieles verspielt was eben noch versprochen. Im Abgang eher einem Single MaltWhisky im Port Fass gelagert gleichend.
