A really nice berry tdl. 67% is intense and strong but not scratchy or unpleasant. This tdl is really very exciting and complex. I usually associate tdl with very herbal and sometimes lychee-like flavors.
03.01.2020 In a cottage with friends for the weekend with a few bottles of rum. Notes: Dark in colour. Nose: Intense, light wood, berries, floral, mint, light rubber, light caramel. Palate: Intense, warm, balanced, raisin, berries, rubber floral, light roasted. Finish: Long and warm, wood, dried fruit, mint, light chocolate, mint.
Very strong and fierce. Full bodied. Again the berries/Cassis leaning a bit towards rubber. Give it some time. It needs the air. Its a pretty intense rum but there are so many great flavours. A bit of that classic Armagnacy acidity and oakiness. I rate this slighty higher than its bro from Rasta Morris. It is just a tad more complex and weirder. Love it!
