It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 21 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. Palate Light, wood, roasted, vanilla, plum, licorice, light salt, mineral, raisin. Finish Medium long, wood, faint chocolate, dried fruit, light licorice.
