It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 21 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. 30.08.2019 A nice evening with good friends and a few rums. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light, wood, light roasted, vanilla, banana, spice, light anise, plum. Palate Light, wood, roasted, vanilla, plum, licorice, light salt, mineral, raisin. Finish Medium long, wood, faint chocolate, dried fruit, light licorice.
