How does this rum taste?
Fresh cane and grassy notes lead the way in Toucan "No. 4", with whispers of vanilla and a subtle woodiness. RumX tasters frequently note its youthful, sharp profile balanced by hints of dried fruit and a touch of medicinal edge. While not for every palate, its unique blend brings a characterful twist to cocktails—worth exploring if you enjoy vibrant, grassy agricoles.

It’s a very young Agricole. The short aging in ex Armagnac barrels is made in Toulouse, France. The aroma is quite nice, then it’s sharp at first in mouth, but after a while the tastes becomes more like the aroma and stays so during the rather long finish.
Tastes like an unaged white Agricole.
I don't think this rum is so bad, judging by the reviews I expected worse. It has a fruity note on the nose and palate. The finish is too long for me personally and the alcohol is too obvious.
Very young agricole, a 4-year barrel crude (the first old rum from the Toucan brand). It’s my first rum from French Guyana. An interesting nose, a little sharp at the beginning and very average in taste.
