Bienvenue à l’ile Moris ! Un rhum rare qu’on ne semble trouver qu’à la rhumerie Labourdonnais. Gentlemen 9 ou 12 oui, mais 14 semble être une rareté. Je me lance donc à l’aveugle sans aucune influence de test. J’y découvre un rhum gourmand et bien équilibré ! Un rhum qui appelle le dessert. Gourmand et patissier, rond et sucré. Sa finale est courte mais son nez comme sa bouche sont plaisants et facile d’acces. On retrouve les marqueurs d’un vieillissement en fut de whisky. Bref une agréable découverte.
