Très sympa ce petit Bélize, avec une vibe Barbadienne. Nez coco fruits secs, légèrement sur la vanille et la poudre d'amande. En bouche, texture relativement grasse, une belle dose de caramel au beurre et de noix. Finalement étonnament évolutive, c'est vraiment la belle surprise : poivre, piment, banane séchée type apéro en premier, puis cannelle, note salée, retour du bois qui prolonge l'expérience. Enfin, une légère touche mentholée qui calme la petit chauffe de la bouche. Idée de pairing : Bacon grillé, pour sûr ça doit marcher.
Une découverte lors du rhum club de Lille ! Au nez, on part direct sur la noix de coco, les fruits exotiques façon papaye bien mûre, et une touche de muscade qui apporte du relief En bouche, c’est rond, gourmand, avec toujours cette coco bien présente. La papaye revient, accompagnée d’une petite note épicée qui tire vers la cannelle pas loin du caramel, mais plus sèche, plus aromatique La finale continue sur cette vibe exotique et légèrement épicée : muscade, cannelle, un petit retour boisé… bref, un rhum simple mais super efficace, et vraiment agréable à déguster
