"It’s number eleven in the Foursquare EC Series. It consists of a blend from both Pot and Coffey stills distillate aged for twelve years in by ex-Bourbon and ex-Madeira casks before blended at ABV 48%. Overall an intense, complex, pleasant and any other superlatives that comes to your mind."

"Varnished wood, black tea and mango on the nose. But the whole is rather weak and a little spicier than the Premise. The palate is a little acqueous, and the aromas are not marked. A rum that doesn't say much. The finish is surprisingly long and persistent, despite the aromatic weakness. Not as good as the Premise, except for the finish. The balance and drinkability are there, however."
