The "Demerara" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. This is a limited release and there are only 255 bottles. 9 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.3/10. "25.02.2017 A nice afternoon in the basement with rum and some delicious food. Notes Light to medium dark colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, floral, citrus, light herbs, vegetal. Palate Light, round, wood, faint smoke, light chocolate, citrus, dried fruit. Finish Medium long, wood, dried fruit, light orange, chocolate."
