Very pleasant and approachable bottling. Tropical fruits and cookie dough. Rather bourbon forwards.
Für mich der Beste aus den drei Chairman's Abfüllungen die Tobi an diesem Abend mal wieder aus dem Nichts hervor gezaubert hat. Nicht so fordernd wie die andere Shelter Abfüllung die für mich zu fordernd war.
Relativ junger Chairman JD1 & column Blend mit trockenem Profil. Neben den Trockenfrüchten ist an der Nase auch etwas Gebäck wahrzunehmen. Gefällt mir ganz gut. Wie alle Chairman’s aus der Serie auf hohem Niveau.
Schöner Blend, bei dem Pot Still in Summe die Oberhand hat, jedoch schön von den Column-Still-Aromen umspielt wird. Entspannt genug für einen Easy Sipper, komplex genug, um konzentriertes Trinken zu rechtfertigen. Gelungen.
