Aération nécessaire pour exploiter le plein potentiel de ce beau jus ! Nez : Après une aération de 15 min ! L’ouverture s’exprime sur des notes franches de calvados et de fruits acidulés, apportant une légère fraicheur. Bouche : La première gorgée dévoile une belle intensité acidulés, présence des marqueurs calva le fut à très bien fait son boulot. Nous arrivons rapidement sur la canne fraîche . En seconde bouche, le boisé s’affirme davantage, apportant une belle structure. L’ensemble reste cohérent. Finale : Longue, persistante, évolutive. Les notes boisées/leger poivré et acidulées se fondent dans une douceur de canne fraîche, laissant une empreinte fraîche et aromatique qui persiste dans la durée.
Au nez impressionnant le ex fut de calva a bien fait le taf !!! En bouche la canne est la !!! Avec un petit peu de pomme en fin de bouche et un peu de bois !!! Finale assez long ! Pas mal du tout
