How does this rum taste?
Most tasters rave about its explosive fruit, polished wood and immense length; some find it very woody, tannic or slightly smoky. Consensus: a powerful, meditative Savanna of outstanding quality.
If you already love intense Savanna or Grand Arôme‑style profiles, this is a must‑try: huge fruit and wood at 68.3% that stays surprisingly controlled if you give it time and maybe a splash of water.
Beginners, those sensitive to high ABV, or drinkers who dislike assertive oak, tannins, light smokiness or demanding, non-sweet profiles.

As soon as you open it, you realize that this is no ordinary agricole. Where sugar cane and vegetal notes are usually the main focus, here you can smell a wide variety of tropical fruits and spices, which make the whole thing very complex! Additional (citrus) fruit and light spice aromas on the palate. In the super long finish you can taste some wood for the first time. Alcohol integrated to perfection! I'm really not an Agricole fan, but this is really great cinema!
Already quite woody, but the fruitiness is still there. Very special, very demanding, nothing for in between. Very long, intense finish.
