#5283 28.04.2024 Running a few samples while watching "Moonshiners". Nose Light, citrus, vegetal, light floral, sugarcane, light grass, spice. Palate Light, diluted, citrus, light grass, floral, spice, sugarcane. Finish Short to medium, citrus, faint smoke, sugarcane, light floral. Empty glass Sugarcane, faint chocolate, berries. Would have loved this one at a higher ABV.
The reduction was done in a hurry. The alcohol is poorly integrated. Not a success.
