I immediately find the PM profile on the palate, but a little restrained on the nose, with a slight sweetness. The palate is then beautifully fruity, the sweetness on the nose is only very subtle on the palate. The alcohol is well integrated and is really pleasant to sip. So as a Guyana fan, I'm happy with this single cask rum.
