Dégustation à l'ouverture de la bouteille, le 01-11-25. Premières impressions : 👃 Gros boisé lourd, épicé, vanillé, cacaoté. Du caramel coulant, concentré, beurré. Je trouve aussi des noix torréfiées. le nez évolue vers un aspect herbacé, légère fraîcheur de menthe du jardin et de bâton de réglisse. Des fruits noires aussi sur les baies, déshydratées, un côté qui rappelle certains TDL, Merci le finish atypique. 😋 Chaude, réconfortante, boisé torréfié. Les mêmes saveurs en bouche que les arômes du nez le laissait présager. Le caramel évolue vers des sucs de fruits secs brûlés, des confiseries de sucre d'orge. Chocolat noir amer, noix, café sur le grain, vanille cuite. C'est très gourmand! Excellente intégration de l'alcool! Les copains amateurs ont été impressionné quand ils ont découvert l'ABV. Très bonne buvabilité. ⛳ Longue pour un Ron, chaude, caramélisée, réglissée, vanillée, le boisé donne tout ce qu'il a. Amertume de la noix et fraîcheur de la menthe en arrière plan. 💡 Le terroir du Nicaragua me semble largement au dessus des autres pays producteurs de Rons. En brut de fût cela donne de très bon rhums concentrés et gourmands. Le pairing cigare est évident, avec un Oliva Série V par exemple. N.B. : +1 pt pour la finale et +1pt pour le finish TDL qui apporte une autre dimension à ce Ron. TB 👌
