It was distilled in 2010 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 14 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,8%. #5843 11.10.2025 Visiting the Whisky Live Hamburg 2025 event. It was the first of its kind and went off pretty well. They still have to learn a lot about running an event like this. People were allowed to bring backpacks and even cabin bags to the event and that is a problem in my mind. A very nice and well balanced release. Fompared to the Whisky Live Hamburg 2025 reease, this one is less spicy and more mineral in the profile. Wood and ABV is well balanced with the fruits, sugarcane and light leather. Peppery palate with some added cinnamon.
Auf der Whisky-Live 2025 verkostet: Gelungene Abfüllung vom WDC. Wunderbares Aromenspiel: Angenehme süsse mit Kirsche und roten Beeren, die dann in eine würzige Note übergeht. ABV sehr gut integriert.
