“Bologne Le Distillat Brut de Colonne from Guadeloupe is made from red and black cane, distilled in the distillerys copper column and thereafter rested for 18 months and as for a Brut de Colonne then bottled without any reduction at 75,5%. Overall an Agricole that has an exceptional roundness for its high ABV.”

“The distillate of the black cane...any black cane is not easily delivered...and behind the notes of almond and white fruit opens a very integrated rum on the white peach, the juicy pear and a very pleasant structure.... nice length in mouth...in my opinion the quintessence of what the agricultural rum produces of better and which is the most underestimated of the game.....great work of the distillery to arrive at this result....”
