The "S.B.S Jamaica" was produced in Jamaica. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler 1423 World Class Spirits. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses and then aged for 15 years. This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) Not too bad actually. Again some may want a drop or two of water.
I didn't recognize this Worthy Park at all... I was thinking more of a monymusk. Too bitter and not fruity enough for my taste
