Communitytreffen RumX Acht Oktober 2025. Ein guter Rum. Also wieder ist leider das Bourbon Cask zu dominant. Haben etwas tropische Früchte und Ester, außerdem sehr floral, aber das war es dann leider schon.
Schon wirklich beeindruckende Abfüllung. Immer wieder toll zu sehen, dass auch deutsche Destillateuere mittlerweile gute Rums produzieren können. Und dannzu einem derartigen Preis, das ist schon bemerkenswert. Bin gespannt, wie der sich im Fass weiterentwickeln wird

Palate Light oily, warm, round, balanced, light dried fruit, light bourbon, spice, light caramel, medium dry, light nutts. Finish Long and warm, light wood, light bourbon, faint sour, light caramel, medium dry, light orange. Empty glass Light orange, spice, light nutts, vanilla, light caramel. Need to rest for a while after which the ABV is very well integrated. You can also add a few drops of water.
