A super tasty rum from Beenleigh. Well aged and at a great proof, which surprised me given the number. A consistent rum with lots of red fruits, barrel notes that aren’t overpowering, and spicyness—although nothing that surprises you. I would have liked a little more funk but it’s a delicious bottle.
