Sehr junger, aber überraschend spannender Rum aus Martinique. In der Nase frisches Zuckerrohr, Zitrus, etwas Kräuter und eine spürbare alkoholische Schärfe. Am Gaumen lebhaft und druckvoll mit grasigen Noten, einem Hauch Würze und dezenter Fruchtsüsse. Trotz der extrem kurzen Reifezeit wirkt er charakterstärker als erwartet, auch wenn die Jugend klar durchscheint. Die 61.4% geben Intensität, ohne völlig zu überfordern. Insgesamt ein wilder, interessanter Rum, noch nicht ganz rund, aber mit unerwartet viel Charme für sein Alter.
In der Nase viel Zuckerrohr, Zitrusfrüchte, leicht floral. Am Gaumen fruchtig, leichte Olive, grüne und grasige Noten. Schon einiges an alkoholischen Biss. Mein Fall war er nicht, mit sind "leichtere" Agricole aktuell noch lieber.
Puhh mutig. Geht Richtung Vieux Sajous 5y mit der Oliven-Note. Aber gefällt mir.
Sehr mutig von Nico so ein Brett und so einen speziellen Rum abzufüllen! Nach dem Motto hate it or love it. Ich mag das Galion Profil sehr gerne, aber es ist eben sehr speziell mit der typischen fruchtigen Ester Note aber zugleich Oliven und Salz.
