Intensive Bourbon Noten (wer die Marke Yellowstone kennt kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten! Die 4y im Fass sind hier definitiv zu spüren. Angenehm, mit einer feinen aber nicht zu aufdringlichen süße, etwas Haselnuss, Kakao, Nuss-Nougat und Erdnussbutter und etwas Banane. Mild und süffig trotz 51% .
Naja, ich will ehrlich sein, ist jetzt nicht wirklich mein Beuteschema. Der Rum fällt definitiv in die Kategorie Einsteiger Rum, da er sehr eindimensional ist. Zudem soll er wohl 14gr Zucker enthalten, der auch recht spürbar ist. Ist eher nichts für Nerds.

30-08-2025 - Rate 6.3 German Rum Festival 2025 After some great rums at Vagabond Spirits, we came across a long time favorite, Bellamy’s. Only one new bottle in the stand. We had already tastet the other bottles before. We tasted the Perola 15th Anniversary Edition. Was not aware of the low ABV and that the rum had been sweetened. Was very disappointed by this rum.
