It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 19 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 64,5%. Wow, was für eine Überraschung. In der Nase spürt man noch recht wenig von den typischen TDL-Aromen. Hier überwiegen Holz, Karamell und tropische Früchte. Im Gaumen dann schlägt die Minze extrem zu; habe solch einen intensiven Minzgeschmack bisher noch nicht im Glas gehabt. Im Gaumen dann super intensiver Pfirsich-Eistee, welcher ganz lange anhält. Alkohol perfekt eingebunden!
