A very successful T.D.L. with dark spice, caramel, licorice and light fruity notes. Pleasantly balanced and with beautiful depth despite its noticeable strength. Shows how well the interplay of maturation and distillate can work. A pleasing example of how modern bottlings can also be really convincing.
Amazing 2001 TDL, fruity, minty 😋, licorice, spicy, not woody and with perfect Cognac ageing.
Klassisches 2001er TDL mit schöner Minznote, erkennbarem Fasseinschlag und angenehmer Gewürz- und Fruchtsromatik. Auch das Cognac-Finish funktioniert gut. Erkennbares Alter, gut eingebundene Bitternoten im Abgang, die man mögen muss - tolle Komplexität.
Grosse aération pour profiter pleinement des arômes et enlever un peu de l’amertume. Très bon jus, avec de belles notes mentholées, des fruits tropicaux , agrumes, cassis.. une bonne intégration de l’alcool, et une belle longueur en bouche. Beaucoup de plaisir pour un prix abordable 😍
