Rhum Bielle Premium Blanc is an acclaimed agricole rum from Marie Galante, produced at the Bielle distillery using sugarcane juice and a column still. With an ABV of 59%, it is known for its profound and balanced aromas of sugarcane, lime, and floral notes. Its tasting profile is characterized by vegetal, peppery, and floral flavors, accompanied by spicy and citrus undertones. Was the best Agricole Blanc that I’d tasted when I first tasted it and it’s still one of the best. The nose is fresh and round with aromas of fruits and spices. At the palate it’s still round but also savory and rather complex with flavors of fruits and spices.
#4697 12.04.2024 Relaxing after a very intense week at work. Nose Fresh, fruity, citrus, light melon, vegetal, light mineral, light mint. Palate Fresh, round, citrus, light mint, spicy, light floral, light vegetal. Finish Medium to long, spicy, fruity, faint floral, light mint. The empty glass has some vanilla, herbs and faint smoke.
