A very good rum from Panama, convinced me all along the line. Vanilla and a certain spiciness. However, it tastes better when it has breathed for at least 5 minutes
The attack is initially mild characterized by a sweetish vanilla note. Longer in the mouth it becomes spicy with roasted and tobacco flavors. But remains pleasantly mild.
Sharper, more pronounced. There's something interesting in it. But it's not enough for a whole bottle. Virtually odorless.
Cinnamon, raisin, and birthday cake nose. Strong oak and caramel flavor. Initial burn, then just a nice warmth. Mixes very well, and the oak continues to come out.
