It was distilled in 2018 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 6 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 67,10%. Magnifique nez sur des notes de prunes, herbes fraiches et fruits tropicaux bien mûres. En bouche c'est complexe, on sent bien l'influence du cognac cask le tout très bien équilibré. La finale est un peu courte mais c'est un très beau rhum.
