The "Single Rum (Clouded Leopard)" was produced in Taiwan at the Renaissance distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Raising Glasses. It was distilled in 2019 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 5 years 6mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 90 bottles. 5 community members rated this rum with an average of 9.0/10. The rum smells like Fresh, Plum, and on the palate there is Fruity, Plum and Prunes.

Tasted at Burlington Wine and Spirits and didn’t quite love it enough for the price tag. However, it had a distinct funk that I loved and I would say it’s the rum most reminiscent of something Jamaican that isn’t from Jamaica. I like this more than Puyuma but both were wonderful.
