It was distilled in 2019 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 5 years 6mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,5%. Tasted at Burlington Wine and Spirits and didn’t quite love it enough for the price tag. However, it had a distinct funk that I loved and I would say it’s the rum most reminiscent of something Jamaican that isn’t from Jamaica. I like this more than Puyuma but both were wonderful.
