Rhum Beauséjour HBS laver noget godt non-AOC Martinique Rhum. Deres Cuvée Rouge Vanille 2025 er ingen undtagelse. Duften er mild og indbydende. Dufter svagt af butterdej. Der anes en lille smule fuselolie, som dog ikke går igen i smagen. En rhum med en fin sødme og med meget fine og sarte smagsnoter, fra den specielle afart af canne rouge. Der smages hvid peber, vindrueskind, gummi og umoden citron. En flot og velintegreret ABV på 51,5% understøtter alle smagsnoterne hele vejen, indtil eftersmagen langsomt klinger af.
