It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 62,9%. Nice Jamaican with an interesting sour cherry note. Slight bitterness in the finish.
This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) Not their best Jamaican but there are more to come in the future.
