#4075 A very fresh and fruity white and the price tag is really good. Though I think this one was meant for mixers it's still a really good sipper. Very light wood in the profile.
Overall a great blend that’s very smooth with a great nose and palate especially when taking the low age into account. Got a sample of this Agricole from Andy at RumRatings, so my nowadays quite rare bottle stays untouched for some more time. This Agricole, Montebello Canonball R1963, is a collaboration and blend from the two great houses Carrere/Montebello and Longueteau. The Longueteau contribution is a brut de colonne distilled from red cane from their plot n°1 and Montebello contributes with a brut de fut distillate, also made from red cane, aged for two years. These two rums were married during a process lasting over 6 months. The finish is rather long and goes on in the same way as at the palate but with hints of mint showing up.
