Pas très objectif comme avis, mais voici mon impression détaillée (bouteille malheureusement vide dès le samedi soir, pas de photo dédiée) : N : canne, fraicheur, menthol, réglisse. Gourmand, frangipane, chocolat au lait, vanille. B : texture riche & huileuse, menthol, réglisse, boisé type cognac > fruits jaune, abricot, prune. Sur un lit de chocolat noir. F : longueur moyenne, bois blanc, réglisse.
Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2025. Encore un Bielle embouteillé par Swell. Celui-ci a un profil étonnant pour cette distillerie. Un côté pâtissier connu mais aussi. des notes très fraîches, de réglisse et de menthol. Alcool bien intégré. Très cool.
