Goûté au rhumfest entre 2 cuvées exceptions, donc pas des moindres. Ce petit blend Worthy Park-Fidji a réussi a se faire une place et de la plus belle des façons. Je le voit comme un dessert ou le fruité du Jamaïcain devient une pomme au four caramélisée et vanillée , un ananas rôti dans du beurre et flambé. Et pour donner de la profondeur à tout ça , des notes pétrochimique style goudron. Dès sa sortie je l ai commandée !
Déguste rapidement au salon Rhum Fest Paris, puis à la maison avec un sample. Un nez cuir et noix de coco, peut-être un peu droit, mais une superbe texture en bouche, avec un gros sucre brûlé et des agrumes. Une finale entre beurre, goudron et amande torréfiées. Si je devais faire un rapport qualité prix, celui-là serait vraiment le top du top, je pense ! Achat potentiel à venir ;)
