Dégusté rapidement au salon Rhum Fest Paris, puis à la maison avec des samples. Sur le nez on est vraiment au début entre le côté floral et l’ orange amère. Avec un peu d’aération, le sucre brûlé et peut-être la cassonade. En bouche, je pense à de l’ananas et du caramel au beurre. La finale est vraiment plus boisée, avec une note fraîche, de menthol. Fin de verre, quelques notes de goudrons peut-être. C’est un profil vraiment complet, entre fraîcheur, florale, menthol, et des notes, plus sombres, plus boisées.
Voilà un blend qui nous sort de nos habitudes. Au nez, le guyana a légèrement le dessus par rapport au worthy park, avec en arrière plan, la douceur du Nicaragua. En bouche, les saveurs explosent. On a bien les 3 provenances. Elles se fondent très bien les unes dans les autres pour un très beau résultat, avec une belle complexité. Un côté rosier très présent et plaisant. Belle finale. Encore une fois, les loups excellent dans le domaines des blends !
