To Domaine de Séverin
"Séverin Blanc 59 is an Agricole from Guadeloupe. The distillery uses a Creole column, in which they distill their rum from pure cane juice grown on the island. Overall a quite good Agricole Blanc that despite the high degree is rather round. I’ve tested it in a Ti Punch and it worked very well. Even if it’s not my favorite brand from Guadeloupe it’s good, but that goes for most of the rum from that island."
