The goal? To offer you, the rum connoisseur, a place where you can choose with confidence—without paperwork, detours, or expert jargon.
All in al this is a good case study on why I seldomly like sweet wine cask finishes in rum, this one is really powerful and overboards the nose into some vinegar like sourness. It is young and that shows on the palate, even though I assume that the cask needed to be emptied for the sweet wine power.
Schöne Süße, Alkohol leider nicht gut eingebunden.
