On the nose not much going on. After pouring it into the glass there is almost no aroma but a slight sweetness. I left it in the glass for two hours and was surprised by a dunnage and coastal note. On the pallet it lacks complexity and it tastes more like a very sweet whiskey instead of a rum. However, I got some banana, shortbread and chamomile and also a little bit cognac-like taste, but only a slight of. It doesn't taste young and it is quite pleasant for someone who is into whisky too. The finish is short-medium without any bitterness.
