Alambique Serrano delivered on this release, as well as the other Vida Nativas that I’ve tried. This is truly a new style of funk; reminiscent of Clairin, with the brine, solvents, and fuel, but with layers of peatiness, citrus, spices, and other fruits that make this all its own. I don’t usually love lightly aged cane juice but this fantastic.
