Kraftvoll und tropisch mit Noten von Kirsche, Kompott und Rhabarber. Der Fassausbau kommt gut daher. Sehr gute Trinkstärke, vielschichtig und rund, ein echter Genussrum mit Tiefe. Limousin Eiche kannte ich bis dato nicht. Eine Spezialabfülkung für das Maritim Hotel auf Mauritius. Ich fand den Rum sehr geil, weiss aber nicht ob es sich um einen Kontrasteffekt handelt, weil der Rest der probierten Rums weniger gut war. Für die Flasche wollten sie 240 was mir dann aber etwas zu viel war.
