Typischer junger, frischer, grasiger Agricole. Hier stand Martinique- das könnte geschmacklich gut passen. Alkohol könnte besser eingebunden sein.
8,2:On the nose, the first impression we get is very pleasant with sugarcane juice, honey, grassy, herbaceous and flowery, dried and citrus fruits, spicy and nutty wood. On aeration, all the notes are in balance, we might notice some tea, yellow fruits and a little varnish. 5,8:On the palate, the attack as quite disappointing with mild and grassy sugarcane, thin, metallic, a bit synthetic, bitter, it becomes peppery later, the wood is slightly roasted with caramel and burnt sugar, there are dried, citrus fruits and a coconut, after 30 minutes of rest, the cane is herbaceous and flowery, the notes rounder. 7,2:The finish is more balanced, but dry and thin, with dried fruits like raisins and apricots, yellow fruits, the sugarcane is grassy, flowery, there is some tea, the wood is spicy and slightly smoky with leather and confectionery notes, nuts and vanilla..
