7,6:On the nose, the first impression we get is a bit rigid with spicy, roasted wood notes like dark chocolate, nuts, vanilla, sweet with burnt sugar, caramel. On aeration, vegetal, herbaceous and slightly metallic patina arises, dried and citrus fruits, smoky wood with leather, cardboard, molasses with tobacco. 8,1:On the palate, the attack is sweet, creamy with roasted wood notes like caramelized burnt sugar, nutty, smoky and leathery, spicy and salty, fruity with dried apricots, raisins, cherry and grapefruit...Molasses helps with tobacco... 8:The finish is medium long, dry and tannic, spicy, with sweet roasted notes leading the tones, followed by dried fruits...
1. panama crowned lorikeet 15yo. alkohol schlecht eingebunden. schon an nase stechend, dann einfach etwas süßholz und grashalmsüße alkohol dabei. der abgang flach wie ein brett und hinten raus unangenehm metallisch. 50 Pkt. 2. panama tahitian lory: wesentlich besser als der erste. Gebrannter Zucker, Vanille, etwas stechend und süß-sauer am Gaumen. Schokoladig. Der Abgang ist warm . Guter Rum, der Spaß macht. 77 Pkt. 3. nectar 16yo panama: Der ist sehr schokoladig mit Datteln und karamellisierten Feigen. sehr süß und etwas rauchig. extrem süffig das Zeug! Zum Abgang hin nimmt die Süße noch mehr zu. Immer wieder umspielen warme angenehme Röst- und Kirscharomen die Verkostung. 77 Pkt. 4. panama varela hermanos rcs: Die Nase ist ziemlich langweilig und erinnert an eine bessere Version von Erstverkostetem in dieser Reihe. Am Gaumen ähnlich unspektakulär, süß, junges Holz, etwas gelbe Früchte. Der Alkohol ist relativ gut integriert. Wie Rum nr. 1, nur besser. 66 Pkt.
