How does this rum taste?
RumX members praise this 24-year Panama for its soft, round profile with lots of caramel, vanilla and bourbon-driven wood. Hazelnut, milk chocolate and nougat notes remind some of Nutella, with gentle pipe tobacco in the empty glass. The 52.7% is well integrated, though the finish is rather short. Overall, a well-regarded, elegant Panama that feels fairly priced at its original release level.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen von einer der letzten Flaschen bei Nicolas an der Bar des GAF zu probieren. Sehr lecker, klassisch für Panama. Hat für mich alles, was ein Rum braucht. Die Zwetmarktpreise würde ich nicht dafür bezahlen. Wenn man zum fairen Kurs dran kommt, absolut empfehlenswert.
Für 100€ unfassbar fair. Erinnert stark an Nutella mit den intensiven Haselnuss Milchschokolade Nougat Noten, dazu viel bourbon Einfluss . Für 24y auch nicht arg holzig. Sehr lecker und elegant! Tolles Ding! Und ich liebe die Tigerente! 😄❣️
Sehr dezente Nase. Nussig karamellig. Am Gaumen schöne Karamellnoten mit einer guten Portion Vanille. Im Abgang allerdings etwas schwach. Alles in allem allerdings ein ordentlicher rum. Sehr gut ausgewählt Nicolas.
Ein sehr schöner und runder Rum aus Panama mit einem wunderbar weichen Mundgefühl. Im Geruch wie auch im Geschmack viel Vanille und Holz mit etwas Karamell. Zu Beginn leicht Alkoholisch, was aber schnell verfliegt. Die 52.7 % sind gut eingebunden. Das leere Glas behält sanfte Tabaknoten.
