Im Grunde genommen wieder eine sehr solide Abfüllung was hier der Feller aus dem Hut gezaubert hat. Die Leidenschaft was er reinsteckt ist aller Ehren wert. Mir persönlich aber leider ein wenig zu süß, was eine bessere Bewertung verhindert.
Schmeckt mir nicht wirklich. Ein Rum ohne besondere Noten mit zu viel Sherry am Gaumen. Da hat mir der parallel verkostete rx23532 besser geschmeckt. Zu süß und der Sherry bereichert das Profil nicht wirklich.
High quality no questions asked. However, just to much sweetness on the palate for me.
Den Rum habe ich zuerst auf der Messe The Village 2025, Nürnberg verkostet und mir anschließend paar cl davon für eine ruhige Verkostung besorgt. Für meinen Geschmack eigentlich viel zu süß aber dennoch für eine Rum aus Deutschland recht gelungen. Neben der Süße ist da auch Sherry und viel Frucht, Pflaume und Beeren. Im Abgang ganz zum Schluss noch eine untergründige medizinische Note, die mir auch bei dem Feller Bourbon Cask aufgefallen ist.
