The "OVNI 15" was produced in Multiple countries at the Bielle distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Famille Ricci. It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses and sugar cane juice with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 36 years. The rum has an ABV of 54,4%. Dégusté au salon Multi Verres Spirits à Lyon en février 2025 : j’ai tout simplement adoré. On a un Enmore de grande qualité, gourmand, bien gras, dont les arômes reviennent démultipliés en fin de bouche grâce au bielle qui les ramènent encore et encore. J’ai acheté la bouteille donc plus de notes à venir ;)
