Tradition verpflichtet.
8,1:On the nose, the first impression we get is a sweet molasses rum of a roasted wood notes like burnt sugar, nuts, chocolate, caramel, toffee, leather, spicy with baking spices and a bit fruity with an orange peel, raisins. On aeration, red wine finish is mark is even stronger, with cherry, grapes, lemon peel, we have tempting pastry, gingerbread, some licorice, vanilla and earthy, flowery touch. 7,7:On the palate, the attack is sweet, syrupy with red wine finish notes like cherry, raisins, dried dates, roasted wood with burnt sugar, cream toffee, chocolate, burnt sugar, leather and confectionery, spicy with vanilla, baking spices, anise, when well rested, molasses is dark with very roasted wood notes like coffee, fudge, nuts, smoky, fruity with berries, dried apricots, figs in companionship with a pastry. Some floral, menthol hints might be possible. 7,6:The finish is medium long, still sweet, caramelized, dry and tannic, the fruits tend to move towards candid ones, red wine mark still powerful...
