It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. This is a limited release and there are only 389 bottles.

“This was my first try of a rum from Belize and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall it is enjoyable but not particularly complex or interesting. Smooth and alcohol well integrated. It reminds me of a slightly sweeter Bajan rum.”
