It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. 31.12. 2019 Last tasting of 2019 went into 2020. Celebrating with family and friends who like rum we ended up having a great party according to my notes Notes. Light in colour. Nose: Intense, light wood, glue, banana, faint coconut, anise. Palate: round, wood, roasted, raisin, licorice, spicy/warm, medicinal. Finish: long, warm, wood, medical, dried fruit licorice.
Lighter fresh rum, tropical fruits, grass, herbs.
