How does this rum taste?
RumX members praise its inviting nose of vanilla, cocoa and dried fruits, with roasted oak in the glass. Light, dry and easygoing on the palate, it shows subtle complexity and works especially well in a Daiquiri. Alcohol remains gentle; finishes modestly. A limited-release Puerto Rican blend (9–22 years), reviewed by 10 RumX members, that several enjoy neat or mixed—one to explore if you appreciate nuanced, understated profiles.

The liquid History of Puerto Rico Tasting Bonus No. 2 - significantly better than the Don Q 7. Much stronger aromas, vanilla is very natural compared to the other samples. The rum is much more present, especially in the daiquiri. The alcohol is not disturbing.
