“Hardy from the house of Saint James. A rarity in Germany. Hardy is an independent bottler from the island of Martinique. A very complex rhum, rather something for connoisseurs. The rhum needs some time but the finish is long and intense. I'm looking forward to the second glass 🥃.”

“This is a bottle that can be hard to find as its and independent bottler we don't often hear from. A nice Saint James with fruits and light wood with some nuttyness to it. A bit light in the profile bit the price tag is pretty good. The empty glass has some light leather notes.”

“Al naso è intrigante con zucchero bruciato, legno, datteri, vaniglia e nocciole. Al palato è secco e legnoso con tabacco e un finale di datteri dolci e vaniglia tostata, nel retrogusto pelle e legno secco/tostato. Nel bicchiere vuoto legno e stagionati. È un agricolo semplice senza troppa profondità, ma io adoro particolarmente questa secchezza legnosa che lo avvolge e che permane a lungo. Oscilla tra 8.8 e 9 Oggettivamente è un 8 o meno”
