“First traditional rum of Reunion Island that I taste. In the nose, I don't find very particular markers. Some fruit, wood, vanilla. Some cane too. In the mouth, the juice is thick, almost fat. It is at first woody and sweet. Ripe yellow fruit, vanilla, pepper too. It is very pleasant in the mouth, a little less in the throat where it stings a little (I am sick when I do this tasting).Nice discovery. Not very complex but pleasant to drink.”
